Our lovely facility consists of a 62 bed aged care unit and a 30 bed secure dementia unit. Our management and staff are committed to ensuring all our consumers receive the highest standard of care with both medical and personal needs considered. To start working in this rewarding environment we need suitably qualified Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team. The role will suit positive, organised and energetic team players with a high level of initiative, self direction and motivation. You may be expected to fill a range of shifts including nights and weekends so flexibility is a must. Successful applicants will have relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in working as a registered nurse. Experience in Aged Care would also be beneficial although not essential.

We are flexible and can offer full time, part time fixed term or casual positions to suitable applicants.
You may be expected to fill a range of shifts including nights and weekends so flexibility is a must.
You may be eligible for relocation incentive and retention bonuses available to aged care workers. The Modified Monash Model (MMM), MM4 - 7 locations offer permanent relocation payments and annual retention bonuses to aged care workers accepting permanent positions. Inasmuch Community falls in the MM5 category, therefore eligible aged care workers will receive up to $6,000 (MM 5-7) annually for 2 years.
